I originally rented this DVD from Netflix and found the message very motivational, one that you would watch over and over again. Also bought a copy for a friend who is going through some challenges. Like other reviewers have said, this material is the precursor to The Secret so it is not as polished a video as others. The material, however, is timeless and worth watching even if you own The Secret already.

I will not belabour with a lengthy review as so many before me have done excellent jobs but what I want to say is this DVD is Fantastic. The movie is wonderful pointing out how in our lives we are constantly programming ourselves with negative affirmations or in my view curses. This programming that we do has significant negative effects on our lives and future. What I love in the movie is the wonderful testimonies and powerful statements by the interviewed of how they changed their lives through changing their thoughts. Louise does a powerful job of speaking from the heart of how she changed her life and help others to do the same. The movie is definitely a how to and not just theoretical composition. Very practical and beautifully done. My wife said, and rarely does she praise as such, this is something you need to watch everyday! There is a section devoted to Louise speaking specific affirmations with a beautiful visuals and music. They are simple and profound, easy to remember.
The second DVD is worth the price itself of the package, and this is a DVD with extended interviews with the main characters of the movie. These interviews are wonderful and get to the depth of who these people are and the lives they lived prior to changing their thoughts and after. I especially derived much inspiration from Louise's interview and Gregg Braden's and a women I was vaguely familiar with Doreen Virtue. There are others I didnot not know who are top notch in their fields and present excellent information.
In closing I just want to say Get This DVD!!!! GOD bless JB
