DVD Review: For anyone with a "real" body

I cannot say enough about these two videos!! As the title says, these workouts are for "the rest of us". After only 2 workouts, I noticed a huge difference in calf tightness (a perpetual hazard of being 5'2") and shoulder tension. Other yoga workouts have made my stressed-out shoulders feel worse after holding myself in many of their upper body strengthening poses. These videos are the bomb if "regular" yoga leaves you hurting. It matters not what your ability is because Peggy has 4 students on the video with her doing different variations of the poses. That often means FIVE (5) pose variations. There is always someone on camera doing the variation of the pose that you are doing at home. Brilliant and Well-done!! And a bonus for some will be that the only prop you need besides a yoga mat is a straight backed chair.
