I cannot say enough about these two videos!! As the title says, these workouts are for "the rest of us". After only 2 workouts, I noticed a huge difference in calf tightness (a perpetual hazard of being 5'2") and shoulder tension. Other yoga workouts have made my stressed-out shoulders feel worse after holding myself in many of their upper body strengthening poses. These videos are the bomb if "regular" yoga leaves you hurting. It matters not what your ability is because Peggy has 4 students on the video with her doing different variations of the poses. That often means FIVE (5) pose variations. There is always someone on camera doing the variation of the pose that you are doing at home. Brilliant and Well-done!! And a bonus for some will be that the only prop you need besides a yoga mat is a straight backed chair. DVD Review: Love It

I really like this video. I have not done much with yoga for a while now. And this is really helping me get back into motion. My neck and back are starting to get flexable again. I started this yoga program 2 years ago. I do Peggys DVD's four times a week and have developed better breathing, stronger muscles and my DECA scan (to check bone density)came back improved from two years ago. I have really enjoyed the yoga exercises - they truly are targeted at the beginner or 'Yoga for the rest of us'...the non-Yoga fanatics wanting to benefit from Yoga moves in our homes without enrolling in classes. Cappy is easy to understand, easy to follow, and brings you confidence. I have recommend to family and friends.
