Description of Wild Goose VII - Back Stretching Qigong

Dr. Bingkun Hu is a medical Qigong master and Qigong therapist. He has been practicing Qigong for over 50 years and is a disciple of Grandmaster Yang, Mei-jun.

Together with the Bagua steps and the whole body dipping down movements, this Qigong opens up the crown and the bottom of our feet (K-1 acu-point). At the same time, it effectively trains body coordination, relaxation, and sensory-motor awareness.
