I started learning this qigong because it said, that you did'nt need any previous wild goose experience.Even though it has taken me 8 months to learn it,the Dvd is clear ,and the movements are repeated ,and preformed from different angles.
I have read all dr Binkun Hu's comments and articles on his site,to gather more knowledge about this wild goose qigong.Now it is one of the qi gong routines that i practice every morning 3 times in a row.It is not as long as the first dayan qigong,and it takes around 5 minutes to practice and finish.
