I'm loving this DVD! As a Christian I wanted the benefits of yoga without compromising my beliefs and this DVD does what I had hoped. It is great for beginners like me and has two other levels to work towards. It is easy to follow, although seems a bit fast in the beginning, just keep going! The background music is soothing and peaceful along with the scripture and biblical names for poses. I feel not only energized but also relaxed and like I have emersed myself physically and mentally in God's Word. It is a physical, devotional experience that I am recommending to my friends.DVD Review: I LOVE WHOLYFIT!!!

I am so excited about Wholyfit! I love the way my body feels when I stretch. I also love to workout to fitness DVD's. I have not been able to achieve these kinds of stretches in a very long time because I do not do yoga DVD's because I am a Christian and I don't feel comfortable at all doing yoga. I felt so good after doing the DVD. Not only did it stretch me out and open my body up but I was sweating throughout the whole video. I do intermediate to advanced exercise DVD's on a daily basis both cardio and strength training. Now I can do Wholyfit as well.DVD Review: great stretching & toning! I wanted to stretch and gain more control, but I didn't want to try yoga -so I searched for Christian yoga and came up with several options. I chose this one and what a Blessing from Jesus! It has beginners thru advanced, and it is easy to follow. I would recomend this to anyone who asks. Not only do they have a DVD but they also offer cards, so while I travel I can take my cards with me and I am set! DVD Review: Excellent over-the-top service!
