DVD Review: I think this is cool for moms

I am not a mom but I think this would be well suited for moms at home.
I was in kickboxing but now in other contact sports martial arts.
I can see that some of her moves are taken in and out of many martial arts, however,
Charlene is doing it incorrectly.
For example: "The pumps" This is being used in my warm up before martial arts or fighting,
it works well if only you know how to do it right. Charlene is doing it as a fun, dance choreography.
You can do pumps to help shape your stomach, but you have to do it about at least 50 times a day. I usually do four laps of "the pumping"
Also, moms usually do not know how to do jabs correctly, doing jabs out of air left and right can hurt your arms and shoulders.
Be careful.

What a waste of money and precious workout time! I can't believe anyone would like this! I wouldn't even call it a workout; it's a bunch of people (kind of a weird mix of ages, races and bodytypes) pretending to "get down" and get a workout at the same time.
If you're completely overweight and have never exercised before, you might like this. If you are a serious exerciser you will feel stupid doing this.

I love Turbo Jams! I've been doing these workouts for the past year and a half, and I've seen great results. I lost 10lbs in the first couple of months, and toned up too. They are fun & easy to do. I feel like I get such a good workout without overdoing it. I do the 20min workout the most and try to do the others when I can, and I see results. I like all of them, but usually only have time to squeeze in what I can...
which is usually enough to at least maintain my progress. So far these are my favorite videos to do.I haven't found anything I like as much.
