DVD Review: Great workout !!!

This is a great workout video.
I warmly recommend it after doing it since the beginning of my pregnancy till my current 39-th week.
It's mild and very diverse. The hour passes by without noticing.
The energy and relaxation lasts throughout the day.
Great way to stay in shape towards the "big event"

This is a great video for yoga and pilates at a level where pregnant women can feel comfortable with the exercises. I had done some yoga and pilates in the past, but nothing too extensives, and was looking for a video to help stretch myself during pregnancy. This video is perfect... Tracey is very calming and supportive, and you can tell that she really has your interests at heart. The routine is not too intense and perfect for any stage of pregnancy. I bought this for my wife when she was expecting our second child. It's a hard purchase to make as my wife avidly works out to pilates and yoga. But I got this one right... she was very happy with the workout. It had all the elements of her regular routine but accommodated her pregnant condition.
She didn't just benefit from the physical work out... although it alleviated many of the aches and pains she complained about, her general attitude also improved around the proximity of the work out.
I don't usually work out with my wife because I don't have the patience for pilates and yoga... but she was so happy during the videos that it was nice to spend that time with her and it wasn't hard at all for me to participate. Tracey keeps the routine moving nicely. It was also a big help that Tracey was pregnant too.

Okay, maybe I am a little picky but this girl got on my nerves. I could not stand her voice and the video moved too slow for me. I did it once and moved onto other workouts because this one was too boring and annoying.
