DVD Review: Brilliant films, but currently a bad deal - buy the same three sets separately for less!

I'm a huge fan of Woody Allen's work, and would rate many of the films in these sets among the best of the last 50 years. My low rating is only for the current outrageous price.
Please note: As of this writing you can the EXACT same three sets of films separately on Amazon for $50 less than in this 'collection of sets'. That makes no sense at all. I'd urge you to get all these films, but check the prices carefully. If things stay as they are, buy the three separate sets and save some serious money. (Of course prices change fast on Amazon, and someone there may notice the absurdity of this and correct it... hopefully.)

No expensive collection. Very good quality sounds and videos. I'm french canadian so i appreciate the french subtiles in all dvd but the translation in french is poor. I came on to order some of the newer films - I already own Sets 1 and 2. I am purchasing this so that I can share the other films with friends who are younger, live in NYC but aren't quite up to date on Woody's earlier works... Radio Days. A balanced third set to round it out.
One of America's most prolific and neurotic directors--if you are a
serious student of film you have to pay attention to some of these works.
