DVD Review: stress buster DVD
Summary: 4 Stars
After reviewing amazon customer reviews, I bought this set because on a vacation, we happened to have seen Loretta Laroche on a TV show on a cruise. It was the "Joy of Stress" presentation, which happens to be in this collection and is her best work. Of the three DVDs in this set, Joy of Stress is the best. The other two I'd give 3 stars, and Joy of Stress I'd give five, hence the rating average I gave. I won't be buying the other ones after reading customer reviews and owning this set.
