My husband and I really like the Sopranos, so I decided to buy the complete series for him. We have made it through 2 1/2 seasons and so far the content is accurate. However, the set that I received from the seller was not the set pictured above. The set I got has DVD regions 1,2,3, so it is intended for foreign distribution. The images, especially in the beginning of the episodes are sometimes pixilated. Also, there are special features on the DVDs but they have no sound. If you are looking to buy the complete series, my advice to you is to buy it from Amazon directly or from another big retailer to avoid any surprises.DVD Review: soporanos box set

The Sopranos was very simply the BEST television series (HBO or otherwise) ever produced! I bought all of the series seasons separately. I am aware of the new box set which is fine for those who waited. The separate seasons versions are well packaged with lots of extras...a must for fans. If you're not a fan - after a few episodes, you will soon become glued to the set!! DVD Review: 2 episodes on one disc will not play,have tried them in 3 dvd players

We have had a problem with one of the discs in that it will not play 2 episodes contained on one of the discs, kind of negates part of the story line, we have tried this disc in 3 dvd players but to no avail. would appreciate a response. Thanks, Tina
