I cannot give this seller even a 1-star rating (a zero is needed but is not there on the rating list), as service and communication attempts have fallen very short of being acceptable. I ordered the Sopranos Complete Series DVD's for my daughter on 06/16/2009 and I have yet to receive the item ordered-now over a month. Repeated attempts to contact the seller have been ignored. The only e-mail I received regarding this order was the one letting me know that my credit card had been charged for the item. At this point, even if the item did miraculously arrive, I would send it back, but really all I want is credit for item returned to my credit card. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE behavior for anyone doing business. They have made not one attempt to answer my questions or even try to get in touch with me about my order.
As for the product,I would give it an excellent rating, since I didn't miss an episode of the original production on HBO. It's just a shame that we can't enjoy the entire series once again in our home.

My husband and I really like the Sopranos, so I decided to buy the complete series for him. We have made it through 2 1/2 seasons and so far the content is accurate. However, the set that I received from the seller was not the set pictured above. The set I got has DVD regions 1,2,3, so it is intended for foreign distribution. The images, especially in the beginning of the episodes are sometimes pixilated. Also, there are special features on the DVDs but they have no sound. If you are looking to buy the complete series, my advice to you is to buy it from Amazon directly or from another big retailer to avoid any surprises.DVD Review: soporanos box set
