DVD Review: Great Children's Dinosaur Movie

My boys (4 and 2 years old) LOVE this movie!!! It's totally worth purchasing. I can't even say how many times we've watched it since our purchase last month! I bought it to play at the boys dinosaur birthday party and the kids all loved it. There are no hugely scary scenes and the songs are wonderful. The boys love to sing-along. My four year old enjoys this very cute movie that teaches kids about friendship and especially how people (and dinosaurs) can manage to be diverse in looks and culture but united in a spirit of friendship. I have two boys who absolutely love the Land Before Time movies. While I do agree with other reviews about the first one being the best, this one is also a favorite in our home. My kids and I searched five different stores for this movie and couldn't find it, so I decided to go online. I really appreciate the people who take the time to write reviews on here for products. I find them to be very helpful. I spent quite a while reading reviews for the other Land Before Time movies on here. the day of the flyers an important event for the flyers in the great valley is approaching & free-style petrie is having trouble flying in formation. His friends try to help him but a fuzzy newcomer named guido gives the most helpful advice - its always best just to be yourself. Studio: Uni Dist Corp. As Petrie struggles to perfect his flying for the very important Day of the Flyers, he realizes how different he is from his brothers and sisters and, while he and his friends value his uniqueness, it's causing big problems in the family's flight formations. Meanwhile, Cera is struggling with the arrival of a new baby sister and the resulting lack of attention from her father and Tria. When an odd creature named Guido shows up in the valley, Petrie befriends him and learns an important lesson about how to maintain his individuality while still contributing to his family's collaborative flight. A courageous act by Guido saves Cera's sister from peril, helping Cera realize how much she really cares about her new sister, and sparking a personal revelation that gives Guido a much better sense of his own place in the world.
