i have the entire collection of king of queens episodes, i love all of them even seeing them a second or third time they still make you laugh your head off.

Face it, if you're a Doug and Carrie fan and you're even looking at buying season eight, I'm not gonna stand in your way.
I think the KING of QUEENS is the second best comedy series ever - behind the ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW. If you've already purchased seasons 1 through 7, you're on a roll! Keep going! I bought them myself. But I can not force myself to watch season 8 and 9 any more.
What began as a light-hearted, funny series, turned into WAR OF THE ROSES.
And that darned Spencer. I want to squeeze his head until the rotten pus oozes out.
I JUST CAN'T WATCH THESE TWO KIDS DO THIS TO THEMSELVES! ;-)
DVD Review: They've gotten nasty and hateful. This is comedy?

This started out as a funny, good natured comedy with Doug and Cary a sometimes quarrelsome but ultimately loving couple, a la The Honeymooners.
Somewhere in the middle of the run, they started turning nasty and hateful towards each other, with hardly a hint of the affection that made it funny in the beginning. I'm sorry, but I don't particularly care to watch two people yell and scream at each other for a half hour.
And did they really think they were being "cutting edge" by having the character spout the word "frigging" or "frickin" ten times an episode? How sophomoric can you get? Makes me realize how really great Frasier was!
This one jumped the shark back in the third of fourth episode and I made it this far only because I made the mistake of buying the Complete Series and hated to waste my money. But I've decided I'd rather waste my money than my time.
Description of The King of Queens - The Complete Eighth Season
Doug Heffernan (Emmy?-nominated Kevin James) and his wife Carrie (Leah Remini) keep the laughs coming when they both try pole dancing, but with different results. Doug's sudden interest in personal grooming causes Carrie to investigate. Arthur (Jerry Stiller) brings home a set of sheets from a motel, along with thousands of bed bugs. Doug and Carrie find that a quaint bed and breakfast might be a little too rustic. Plus tons more laughs and great guest stars, including Kirstie Alley, Ray Romano and Huey Lewis.
