DVD Review: Easy to follow and works you hard

OK, so it's not the most professionally produced video out there. Christi isn't exactly in synch with the music in many areas. And it is HARD WORK! But I was looking for something to do the month before my wedding. I do a lot of cardio, but not much with weights. The learning curve is very shallow (i.e., easy to follow movements), and I already had the minimal equipment needed at home. The stretch sequence was good, but I recommend holdign each one longer (20-30 seconds) than she does. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple to follow video for a home workout to do when they can't make it to the gym or needs a break from the regular grind.
