I absolutely love this series by the FIRM!! I have several different exercise videos at home, but I am always turning to these! They are very effective - but also enjoyable!! The cardio (red) one is alot of fun and gets your heart beat up. The cardio plus sculpting (blue) is my absolute favorite - you get a great balance of cardio plus weights. The sculpting dvd (purple) is great for your strength training. The ab video I generally do on mornings where I am short on time or after a shorter exercise video.
I highly recommend this series for anyone who wants to get in shape and not dread your workout! However, beware if you have knee problems - all of the videos use a step and there are alot of squats. But to me, these are part of what makes it fun and effective.

I've been working out with the Firm for more than a year but recently purchased these DVD's and I don't regret it one little bit. I can tell you that these really work your thighs and abs, I'm already seeing amazing results and loving it. These DVD's are fabulous for getting great results in a short amount of time. The 4-pack provides a great variety, so that you don't get bored. It's an awesome mix of cardio and sculpting that really produces noticeable results. For anyone who's up to the challenge, I would highly recommend this set of workout DVD's.
