A must see if you love motown. The Miracles are the first artist that started Motown on it's long quest to become the sound of young America..It's history as told by Smokey, Bobby Rogers and Pete Moore about the songs they wrote and performed is a real treat and of course to be able to be there as they performed all their hits is incredible. If anyone rates this with 4 and 5 stars, they must be thinking about the conversations between Smokey and the other two Miracles! This DVD is nothing but a "talking interview." I expected to see Smokey and the Miracles in action! Too much talking -- not enough singing and dancing. As a Smokey Robinson & The Miracles DVD, this collection of their great songs is good and well mastered. This DVD collection could have been a great had most of Smokey Robinson's solo songs (e.g. Let Me be the Clock, One Heartbeat, etc.), been included in the DVD. The DVD shows the very young Smokey and the original members of the Miracles.
