Not bad if your into the Matrix series of movies. I really wished HD DVD and Blue Ray could co-exist but I personally can't tell the difference between the two formats. If you have an HD DVD player, get this as its graphics and quality is awesome. Personally if you have an HD DVD player, I would search near and far for HD DVD movies because of the clearance prices. After there are no more HD DVD movies left to buy in store or online, then move onto Blue Ray. DVD Review: Buyer Beware
