The Complete Collection of Sweatin' to the Oldies I owned the VHS verion of Volumn 1&2. When used properly, I experience fabulous results - body tone, eneregy, appetite control, etc. The program is not too hard and contains reasonable exercising movements, which helps me to come back. What is really awesome about this set is that it is absolutely a great starter exercise program. One thing that is true is that there is not a lot of cuing. But the moves are so simple that I don't feel like I missed out on them at all. I absolutely love it, because it feels more like fun/natural dancing than any other cardio dance dvd I own.
