DVD Review: BEST FULL CLASH CONCERT I'VE EVER HEARD
Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best if you want to see and hear the band in top form for a whole show (and with Topper still at the sticks). I've seen a number of the other live DVDs and they usually only get a couple of songs right -- ON THIS ONE THEY NAIL IT ! The band is so in synch It kinda' all sounds like one long great song. Why they ever release mediocre swill like "Live at Shea Stadium" when they have stuff like this ..I do not know.
"Clash Live: Revolution Rock" is REAL good DVD also (a compilation of various performances at various places) but make sure you use the menu to turn off the (ruinous) "narration" before you begin (because the dingbat will talk over every song if you don't), and remember: The future is un-written.
