DVD Review: Late and Wrong Item received

The DVD requested was the Agency and the price selected was for a new. Initially it was received late and when I open the Pack it has the correct title/Information but inside had a DVD titled "A lesson Before Dying" not the item I ordered as the label/plastic have an information that the DVD region for the DVD player will not play on most Stanbdard US DVD players to complete. I still required the product I ordered but to ensure is new, that it can be played in US DVD players, information for it return, and/or credit the amount chrged to my card as soon as possible. Again AMAZON thank you for the good service and products odered and received prior to the lateness and the deficiencies and wrong item received. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
