I have learned both the Yang 48 and 106 forms. I found the 24 Form the fasted to learn and the most gentle to do. I do all three forms each morning with the 24 last and the slowest. Now people in my Tai Chi class want to learn this form. Having less moves than the one being taught in the class it is easier for us older people to do. We have learned to listen to our bodies when doing tai chi and Dr. Lam makes it easier for those who can't kick their legs high or stand on one foot. I like that he is not rigid in this teaching like many teachers are. I am 69 years old and this form is not difficult to do. I would recommend this DVD for all ages. Dr. Lam goes through each move in a clean way. There is much more information on the DVD about to learn also.
