I did Callanetics regularly for decades. Stopped when MD said I needed to go to gym and do free motion weights to build up muscle tone for medical reasons two years ago.
I've attributed things like sagging butt and loss of flexibility to aging, but now that I'm back on Callanetics, I'm feeling younger and getting back my higher rear end!
So I'm upgrading from videocassette to DVD. I can do them without either, but good to see as a refresher now and then.

I was really looking forward to using my dvd more. I have been a longtime believer in Callanetics. I've trained by watching the original program "10 Years Younger in 10 Hours" on VHS. When I learned that a dvd had been produced I was really looking forward to trying out the "Super Callanetics" program and to have the luxury of viewing it via dvd. The content of the dvd is great...when you can see it. The quality of the dvd is obvious. It's a copy. This was not originally recorded to dvd. It looks like one of those VHS to dvd home-made recordings and the quality is very poor. It will stop in the middle, it gets crackly, the picture will start to shake or pause completely and then automatically return to the menu screen. It's extremely frustrating. I've even tried 3 different dvd players I have just to check that it wasn't my machinery acting up (mind you: all of my dvd players have been purchased new within the past 3 months). I'm disappointed and now I'm out the money. I'm back to working with my VHS tape. Thanks a lot, AMAZON.
