This unique program was designed to be fun for both mom and baby. Participants begin with a power walk with their baby in a stroller listening to the audio guided CD, then return home for twenty-five minutes of full body toning, stretching and relaxation following the DVD.

The video provides on-screen animated graphics and an underwater video to keep baby entertained.

Bonus footage includes tips for new moms by Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and mother of two, Dr. Gina R. Dado.

Appropriate for babies aged six weeks to thirty-six months old. One to five pound hand weights used for toning.
