DVD Reviews of Steel Angel Kurumi - Fallen Angel (Vol. 4)DVD Review: Bah, that's not a sexual overtone... Summary: 5 StarsI pretty much took the nudity near the end to be a symbol of purity, but that's just me.
This is a great end to the series. The comedy is pushed aside (but it'll come back later in Encore) for an all-out suspenseful last arc. The story of the Steel Angel Hearts comes full circle as Mikhail and Kurumi battle, releasing the dark side of Kurumi. This is where Nakahito's love for Kurumi and powers are put to the test. The end was touching and left me fully satisfied. Not the greatest anime, but one that I fully enjoyed.
DVD Review: Best Anime Series Ever Summary: 5 StarsI can sum this show up in one word: WOW! This anime is so great I can't even accurately describe beyond wow. This is a powerful piece of work, and it actually moved me. I know this sounds cheesy, but it's true. It had me on the edge of my seat until the last second of Kiss, the last episode, while all the time I was praying for Kurumi and Nakahito. If you love any shows that are funny, sweet, moving, and have a point, Steel Angel Kurumi is for you! Please buy every single DVD!!!
DVD Review: Kurumi! Kurumi! Kurumi! Summary: 5 StarsOkay, i love this series, it's now my fav series. Kurumi might be almost as dumb as a brick but she's so kawaii! Everyone is really, well except Kirinka who is cool still. The series is awesome and I'm waiting impatiently for Encore to come out so I can see the wrap up. I did think the end was too fast and not long enough, but still it was good. So I highly recommend getting it and watching it!
DVD Review: One Of The Best Shows Ever Summary: 5 StarsKurumi and her sisters brack into the air base to find nakoto but the fall into a trap. Makhal is about to shut Kurami down but with Kurami fighting another steel angle she cut off her hart and with that the evel took over --Know if they dont stop kurami she will distory the world. But what well it mean to nakoto .He the only one who can save kurami--well he? Watch this dvd and find out.---see ya-all
DVD Review: Great Ending to a fun show. Summary: 5 StarsThis was a great show to watch. The ending was fantastic. This becomes an emotional roller coaster ride. It is recommended to have seen the previous 3 DVDs. You hope all goes well as Kurumi attempts to rescue her master. As the disk comes towards the end, you want to slow her down before she destroys everything. The power of demons begin to surface from the heart of Kurumi. You may think it would become the end of the world. Fortunately, Nakahito would be there to save the day.
Description of Steel Angel Kurumi - Fallen Angel (Vol. 4)As this 1987 TV series concludes, the darker tone introduced in the previous episodes takes hold. Mikhail, the icy boy who kidnapped Nakahito, kisses the prisoner and assumes his true form: a voluptuous female with a regular and a Mark II Angel Heart. Kurumi's Mark II Heart contains both angelic and demonic elements, and the latter are gaining the upper hand, as her vast black wings and increased powers indicate. Her battle with Mikhail only accelerates this deadly process. The scientists from the future and the combined power of the other Steel Angels can't stop Kurumi; only the bond she and Nakahito share can overcome the demonic forces. The ending exalts the power of love over evil, but the suggestions of a sexual relationship between the overripe Kurumi and the barely pubescent Nakahito are not for the squeamish. Rated 17 Up: Nudity, minor profanity, violence, and risqu? humor. --Charles Solomon
