DVD Review: The Answer: Blurry Vision

Question: What do you get when you get soap in your eyes? Unfortunately, Soap is a bit out-of-focus.
Soap is a parody of daytime TV soap operas. Filled with an assortment of eccentric characters - that go from the absurd to the tragic - their dialog is loaded with double-entendres and politically incorrect speech. Visually, there are sight gags galore. Season 3 begins where season 2 ended. In the first episode there are six scenes.
Spaceship interior - Burt Campbell wakes up strapped to an upending table. Five short space aliens enter the examining room. One of them becomes quiet excited at the prospect of becoming Burt's double and filling in for him back on Earth.
Campbell's living room (night) - The doorbell rings. Mary, Burt's wife, opens the door and an excited Burt enters. Mary's mind is on eating dinner; alien Burt's mind is on ... She is about to have the first of many close encounters.
Jodie's apartment - Alice and Jodie are homosexuals. They share the apartment. They are about to have a piece of cake when Mrs. David arrives with Jodie's baby. The baby's mother, Carol, has run off with a rhinestone cowboy.
Tate's living room - When Jessica Tate's husband, Chester, had lost his memory and disappeared, she fell in love with inspector Donahue. Now Chester is back; she has to choose. She puts her answers in two envelopes; they get switched.
Tate's kitchen (day) - Benson, the butler, tells Corinne, Eunice, Chester, Donahue, Jessica, and the Major that they need to rescue Billy Tate from the cult of the reverend Sun. The Major almost proposes a plan.
Tate's kitchen (night) - Benson, Chester, Donahue, and the Major get ready for their rescue mission. They are all in black, including their faces.
