DVD Review: Signing time teaches kids to communicate at an early age!

My sister-in-law had purchased this video for her daughter who is now 1 year old. Her daughter, although not clear when she talks, signs all kinds of words. It's very cute and easier to understand than baby babble. My daughter, who is 3 1/2, loved the DVD so much that I purchased parts 1 and 2. She loves the music and the signing. I had taught her how to sign the alphabet when she was 2 and she caught on pretty fast. She knows how to sign all her letters! And now with this DVD collection, she can learn so much more! I would recommend it for all new parents as well as parents of young children.DVD Review: signing is us......

This video is so entertaining for my granddaughter at 15 months - she begs to watch it all the time. She just loves to sign and she learns it

DVD Review: Earlier production but still loved by my boy

We started watching the Baby Signing Time vol 1 & 2 until our boy was about 14 mos and moved onto the regular series. The production quality between the two is noticable, but that's likely because these are the originals. They also repeat many of the words used in the Baby series that I view as better. This might all seem as bad to a few reading this review, but if you consider the variety of tunes and different presentations it does help reinforce the lessons at such a young age. The end result is I'd recommend the entire series to any parent. I'm just hoping volume 3 to 999 of the Baby Series gets launched or incorperated into the original more. DVD Review: Great DVD

I enjoy all of the Signing Time videos. I have a 3 and 4 year old. Both have been watching the show for about 2 years. At the beginning they would pick up a few words and we would work on it. Then we stopped for awhile because we hadn't been watching the show. We now have a DVD in our van. I am starting to buy the Signing Time DVDs for them to watch. I currently have 4 videos including 2 Baby Signing Time. Me and my kids sing all of songs on these videos and sign. My children are using most of the words and go out of their way to use them. It is wonderful and I am so pleased to have found such a useful tool. Now if only I could find something in Spanish that is this terrific I would be a much happier camper.
