DVD Review: Easy sitting exercises , Mom Loves it!

I ordered this DVD and the easy sitting lightweights DVD for my 75 year old mother who is benefiting greatly from them. She enjoys following along and feels she is getting good exercise, especially stretching and balance exercises. Teacher does great showing and explaining each exercise first. Music is nice and the beach in the background is beautiful.
I would highly recommend this for any older senior adult. This is a wonderful choice for seniors who never were really into exercising.

This is the best DVD that I have seen for seniors. It moves at an excellent pace and focuses on everything seniors need to exercise. I find these exercises very helpful, I have gained more strength, balance and flexibility.
She does the exercises slow and easy and gives clear instructions before she starts the exercise making it easy for me to follow along.
This is the very best, especially for seniors and those who want to exercise sitting down.

This was a wonderful exercise DVD for seniors and elderly that need exercise. I exercise daily and feel a lot better and stronger. The exercises are very simple, very well done and works lots of muscles.
I enjoy her quiet, relaxed manner. She leads you gently through the exercises with clear directions and explanations, with pleasant music on a beautiful beach.The relaxation in the end is a definite plus which uplifts me, with all the positive affirmations with nature, beautiful flowers, dolphins and swans.
I feel very relaxed and energized. Recommended

I like this DVD. It has pretty basic stretching, and easy sitting exercises, as someone who has never been flexible nor exercised routinely, this was exactly what I needed.
The instructor is likable, and her instructions were very easy to understand and follow along. The movements are simple and effective. After I finish the relaxation in the end I have a feeling of peaceful energy.
This a great all around series of exercises for seniors. Recommended

Physical problems prevent me from standard exercises, I needed seated exercises that I can do easily and this DVD is it.
The Hostess is always smiling, she first explains very clearly the instructions on the exercise she is about to do and shows the exercises. The pace is nice and slow enough for me to do and I follow along easily.
The exercises are done on a nice sunny beach.The end relaxation is very calming and makes me feel good.
I'm walking easier and feel a lot stronger. I recommend this DVD for anyone who has trouble doing exercise routines that require standing or lying on the floor.
