SalsaCrazy's - Learn to Dance: Vol. 3 (Beginners) takes the students to the final stage of being a beginner, as it will tie together the information from volume one and two. In order to achieve the success that Evan Margolin intends to instill within the students of his beginner's series of salsa dancing the students must master the skills in the previous two volumes. It might not be an easy journey, but a worthwhile experience, as with much practice the students of SalsaCrazy's Beginners' series are about to see the end of the tunnel for being a beginner.
Evan rapidly moves to where he left off in volume two with the cross body lead together with his talented assistant Moira Denike. Together these two will bring the audience through a wide range of patterns and variations of the initial moves that will help the students feel encouraged about their progress. However, it is thanks to Evan's methodical approach of teaching the move and then practicing it before music is added to the skill, which augments the student's dancing memory. It is also thanks to his detailed manner of breaking down each move while also applying a split screen where the audience can see the focal point in a different angle.
With progress come new skills and techniques, as the third volume introduces the new footwork called the shines. Here the dancers will learn how to dance away from the partner while it is supposes to encourage a personal style and interpretation of the music. Eventually, this will be tied together with SalsaCrazy's signature move, which will help further the new dancer's ability to accomplish success and enjoyment on the dance floor.
The third installment of SalsaCrazy's Beginners' series finishes the beginners' stage, as the audience can later seek further skill development in the SalsaCrazy's Intermediate two volumes. However, there are a couple of brief extras on this DVD that will wrap up the final aspect of being a novice through dance and club etiquette and outtakes that will demonstrate that humbleness is a great tool of teaching.
