If you would like to get the feeling of what this program is like, I recommend going to Google and typing in "Stay young with facebuilding", New edge Productions has a website with a short extract movie which will help you decide.
In general, this program is adequate as compared to other DVDs sold today. However it is the second most expensive DVD facial workout and I wouldn't say it provides any benefits as compared to other programs listed below. In fact, the organization of some DVDs (for example (1), (3) and (4) is much better).
In general, the most important factor is how committed to the exercises you are, a particular program you stick to is a matter of your preference. Most of them will give you the result you are looking for if done on a regular basis. Statements like "this program is better than any other in terms of results" is just a part of marketing practices. The only program from the list I would not recommend at all is (5) - the worst.
