DVD Review: Great Amatuer Video

Real Trains For Kids 1 was brought to our house today by the Easter Bunny and having seen it five times since this morning, I'm feeling qualified to write a review.
This dvd gets four stars because my kids, 5 and 2 year old train nuts, love it. It's loaded with lots of great footage of trains, most of which are modern.
The reason it didn't get the fifth star is that it is an amatuer video. The dvd has an "I made this on my mac" feel. The narrator is just some guy reading a script and talking to close to the mic. The train sounds are good and the music is the stuff of elevators.
The bottom line is this video was made in great spirit by train lovers and will be watched countless times by anybody who buys it for themselves or their little train buffs. The technical shortcomings are easily overlooked and as my kids have just hit play again, anyone under 12 won't care that the folks that made this didn't use a pop screen on their microphone.
