DVD Review: Callanetics is awesome

I have been doing Callanetics off and on since the 80's. It never goes out of style. Zero impact and extemem stretching makes for almost overnight results. I only bought this DVD so that I could take it the road with me for travel. I travel 5 days per week for work and didn't always have a VHS machine at my destination.DVD Review: What Callanetics have done for me.

I am 61 years old, I used callanetics years ago but didn't really get into it though even the short time I used it it strengthened and elongated my legs really fast.
Recently though I have tried so many different exercises nothing was working when I remembered callanetics.
I am on my 12th hour and the difference in my body is absolutely amazing.
I finally have gotten my daughters interested in exercise, they are thrilled with callanetics.
IT WORK AND FAST!

Sadly, although this DVD arrived in brand new condition, there is a fault with it and it does not work at all. Fortunately the other two Callanetics DVDS work fine.

I agree with the reviewers who said this could use some updating. It is very 80's - From the set to the hairdos to the music.
The actual exercises however, are very focused and definitely worthwhile. What I actually have done is memorized some of the poses and do them while I am watching my television or talking on the phone.
