DVD Review: Fun, relaxing and energetic.

I have 21 documented medical disorders and am taking 38 tablets per day, plus weekly hormone injections for life. So, I was desperately in need of a simple but useful and therapeutic exercise. Being a Chinese, this is a choice between Tai Chi and Qigong. But, Tai Chi is too complicated, so I decided to take on Qigong instead. Unfortunately, the types of Qigong delineated in various Qigong books I have bought are still too complicated (Some of my medical problems are brain damage, memory disorders, cervical spondylosis and abnormal EEG scan). "New Forest Qigong" by sifu John a Bright-Fey is an exception. Mr Bright-Fey is a lovable and sympathetic person, who engenders trusts and love quickly and rapidly. Combined with the fact that he combines the ten movements with ten numbers (ala Harry Loraine, the memory genius), his system is actually easy and simple to use, even with someone with my medical conditions which renders himself drowsy and in pain most of the time.
