I bought this DVD in 2008 because I knew something was wrong with my posture. I did some research to understand the importance of good posture and I came across several Posture DVDs and books. But I'm a visual learners, so I went with the DVD. I was thrilled when I had received the DVD and it worked on my PC. I followed dvd One and then followed dvd Two.

I still practice the exercises as often as I can; and I have seen and felt amazing results. I have to go now & get started on Posture workouts. It worked for me with time and careful planning, I believe it will work for anyone that really wants and/or needs to improve his/her posture. Good luck!!

It does give you a good work out, as long as you are doing it correctly. My wife was surprised on how effective a workout it was. The instructor explains the movements & what it is doing for you. The only negative is that it is very boring.

I would recommend Janice Novak's DVD and book to any one who wants to improve their posture instantly. I really like the 10 minute lower back and the 5 minute total posture exercises. The 20 minute upper body exercise is the main exercise that gives results for me.

This DVD set was recommended by a friend who let me watch hers before buying it myself. The first DVD seems long since it is explaining and demonstrating, but once you get into doing the work the set is well worth the money. One warning, don't try to suck your stomach in too much on the abs work. Doing so can pull other muscles that you don't even realize are connected. Obviously, I did just that. Take it easy and it will work wonderfully.

The DVD also explains about your transverse abdominals, which are the muscles that holds your lower stomach in and are so important to getting a really flat stomach. It does a better job explaining this than all the other abs workouts put together in this area.
