DVD Review: My Favorite Stretch...

I love this DVD. I like that I can pick and choose what I want to do. The high-impact cardio workout wasn't the most intense workout I have ever done - but it was FUN! I actually look forward to doing it after work! I mistakenly thought that maybe the abs workout would be easy, but it is a tough, effective workout. The yoga-inspired stretch is the perfect way to unwind after exercising. It's only about 10 minutes long, so I'm trying to end my other workouts with that, too. Finally, Denise Austin's attitude is amazing. Every stretch is "wonderful" or "my favorite." She loves what she does and that attitude is contagious! (In fact, I am writing this minutes after doing the dvd because I wanted to share it, too!)DVD Review: awesome workout

This is a decent workout dvd. I have grown to get over Denise's perky personality and focus in on her strengths.
This dvd works perfectly for me because each segment is fairly short so that by the time I've finished with one, I feel motivated and encouraged to do another segment. I actually prefer the intermediate lower body workout rather than the advanced. I put on three pound ankle weights, do the beginner lower body segment and then the intermediate segment. After that I move on to upper body, abs and then stretch. a pretty good workout.

I use this dvd right now as my current workout 3-5 days a week.It is a superb dvd that you can customize to your needs and includes:
two 20 minute cardio routines (a mild one and an intense one you can use with free hand weights),10 minutes of body sculpting and firming for arms,legs and buns,abs,and stretching.
The ab workout is really incredible,and in conjunction with the cardio,has given me completely flat abs with that sexy lined definition on the sides.
Also,it came with a booklet that had weight loss tips and healthy recipes!
I have tried TONS of workout videos and have seen many that are on Exercise tv,but this one is really superior to them all as it simple,fun,
effective,and has such great variety you never get bored.
When I workout with Denise my body is amazing.Thank you Denise!!!

When i came to USA for the first time, i gain a lot of weight (13 kilos). I became really desesperate... When i came to a shop i found this DVD and i give it a try. AND I LOVE IT. Denise Austin is one of the best things i discover in USA. She helps me to lose my weight, to be in shape...
The dvd is easy to follow and you can increase your levels. Denise tells you always some explanation and the way she is motivating and smiling help us to go on.

These include sections devoted to cardio (available at low and high intensity levels, both about 20 minutes long), upper and lower body exercises (offered at low, medium, and high intensity, each about ten minutes long), and abdominal and stretching segments (the same for all levels, these also last about ten minutes). Meanwhile, the "custom workout" option enables users to combine any or all of these elements according to taste and fitness level. There's nothing especially innovative here--indeed, the cardio sections are pretty much old school, Jane Fonda Workout-style aerobics, while the upper and lower body sections include light weights, bends, lunges, push-ups and other tried-and-true elements--but those looking for a thorough, sweat-inducing regimen will certainly find it here. Austin's relentlessly effervescent style will no doubt prove inspiring to some and cloying to others.
