I watch this movie every Christmas. This movie has a quite a magical feel to it. Mary has a way of being in the best movies. Really nice message to this one. Harry is really good in this one. Look at those Coke bottles. This movie takes me back when life was quite different. I wish Christmas was like this. I was about 6 or 7 when I first saw One Magic Christmas and none of the scenes bothered me nor did I think it was ok to talk to random strangers I believe that the little girl in the movie wouldn,t have talked to just any stranger either she could feel that Gideon is an angel and that she was safe, this movie is just pure magic,being low income all my life I understand Ginnys feelings of frustration but having money has nothing to do with having the Christmas spirit in your heart or believing in Santa as Ginny finds out. When Abbie goes to the North Pole it is one of the best most magical Christmas moments of any film ever, this movie is Disney at their best. Walt Disney smiles down from heaven on this movie. This movie to me is as much about believing in God as it is in believing in Santa. It is purely magical beautiful touching and will make you cry and I think it is perfectly safe for kids they will learn things about the harsh realities of life but also learn that keeping your faith and beleiving in the beauty and magic of Christmas , and in God can and Will change lives. If you dont have this movie already I recommened you get it right away you will never regret it and will end up seeing it as many times as I have which is well into the 100s AMAZING MOVIE I PROMISE YOU!DVD Review: Better delivery needed

And really: if the somber Harry Dean Stanton (Paris, Texas) repeatedly appeared in your neighborhood, cloaked in a cowboy hat and overcoat, would you allow your kids outside?
