DVD Review: Greatest aide for Potty training!

This DVD is great!!! I highly recommend. I purchased both DVDs, "Once Upon A Potty For Her" and "Once Upon A Potty For Him". I had been trying to potty train my son's triplets off and on for 6 months, a boy and two girls. Trying to potty train triplets has been quite an exhausting and frustrating experience for me. I tried everything from having them read books while they were sitting, to running the water from the faucet to get results. My grandson wanted nothing to do with using the potty chair before getting these DVD's. I couldn't get him to sit for more than 30 seconds. One of my granddaughters was doing OK off and on, but not ready for big girl undies. I can't believe the results obtained after watching these DVDs the first day. They enjoyed them so much, we must have watched them half a dozen times that day. One of my granddaughters went almost all day with only 1 accident. My grandson was actually wanting training pants by the second day. We watched the DVDs at the beginning of each day. I can honestly say by the end of the week we achieved success with two out of three. Boy, is that gonna save my son some $$$ not having to buy so many diapers! They still get diapers during nap time and when they go to bed at night, but I see that coming to end soon since they are beginning to wake up dry. My second granddaughter marches to her own beat and does things on her own time table. After about 2 weeks she finally started coming around. I wish I had known about these DVDs 6 months ago.

ONCE UPON A POTTY FOR HER - DVD MoviePrudence--the round-cheeked, pony-tailed heroine of Alona Frankel's book of the same name--can provide further inspiration to young daughters with her video adventure. As with her print counterpart, the animated Prudence wonders if her grandmother's gift could be a birdbath or a flowerpot before she settles down to the business at hand. Unlike the book, Prudence gets a grand introduction in the form of a music video of "The Potty Song," complete with toddlers frolicking among portable potties. A lyric sheet is included and moms will appreciate the equality mindedness of songwriter Art Frankel ("Wee-wee goes there / Poo-poo goes there / Then Daddy wipes behind me and that is that!").
