I have all three of Sarah Picot's DVDs. If you are a first-timer to pilates, she couldn't be a better teacher. When I got to the intermediate, people at work began to comment that I looked better and more tone. Try it, be consistent and it will work. If it took you 10-20 years to get flabby, it will take you more than three weeks to change but have some patience, it will come. And Sarah Picot's DVDs will help you get there.
Take some time to work up to the advanced DVD.

I've been doing mat pilates for a very long time along yoga adn I think this is such a good exercise. DVD environment is very calm so it helps you to concentrate more, her voice is nice, calming. More importantly Sarah has a very nice body, her legs are amazing. So seeing that body and legs motivate you even more.I would definitely recommend it..DVD Review: definitely less than pilates

The DVD is simply great. I love the way it shows you the posture on the reformer then Sarah does it on the floor. I find the workout great and have really noticed the results. I am not finding it difficult anymore which is great so now I am morking on having my posture perfect which is difficult! I would recommend this DVD to anyone as it works every part of your body in 51 minutes. The time flies by and you cover so many great postures. Enjoy!
