I read the above recommendations, and believed what I read. But when I actually watched the DVD I was very disappointed with the image quality. To my eyes, it was not in HD and was a bit fuzzy. This is a very relaxing video. The nature scenes are amazing. The images have a dreamlike quality. It is both nature and beyond nature. The music is quiet and eerie.
