The pace is A LOT slower than her others. But she works on different areas of your body in each mile. I like the faster paced miles on the other dvd's and throw this one in once a week to just get a different workout. But it DRAGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS on and on and on some days.
Good for someone just starting out. :)
