I love, love, love this video. The instructors really break down every step and every movement with the arms, hands and hips. If you've never had a dance class before but want to learn salsa, this is a great start.DVD Review: Going to take some practice.

This is one of the best dance videos I have seen. I am rating it 4 stars, because it's not as good as private lessons for learning things like frame and lead/follow technique, but as far as videos go, it does an excellent job of giving you footwork, patterns, club etiquette, and everything you need to know to have a really good time dancing.
This is a good video for both men and women. In fact, I think it's a great thing for couples to do together.
