DVD Review: Update on technical problems

Update to what is stated below: we had contact with the distribution company who assure us that they have remastered the DVD and corrected the problems mentioned below. We cannot yet confirm this, but hope to be able to do so soon.We bought three copies of this DVD for the University of Cambridge, and in each copy the sound track cuts out half way through the film, and falls totally silent (the subtitles and video continue, but there is no sound).
The film itself is excellent, but the DVD appears to have been incorrectly mastered, as we are sure the problem could not be just a faulty disk in three cases. I really hope that the production company will bring out a corrected version, and let us know when it is available.
