This film appears to have been transfered from vhs, i sat through the whole thing waiting for the gore / splatter but allas only near its ending did that happen, and only as an after thought ... gee we are making a horror better try to do something...
the gore and horror was a joke, prehaps thats what they were after...
this is another of my wast of money horrror flicks in my collection
Description of Killer Killer
In the middle of nowhere, there lies a secure facility housing only serial killers. One morning the doors are open and the guards have vanished, but a strange freezing mist surrounds the building, preventing the inmates from leaving. Then, one by one, they are murdered.
