DVD Review: Unbelievably Intense!!!

I am really impressed with this workout! I was sweating and out of breath in each interval of Level 2! I did this workout On Demand twice and will definitely be purchasing it! I work out about 5-6 times a week and 2 of those times w/ a trainer for an hour. With Jillian, there is no down time and I am working really hard. She motivates you and just when you think you can't do another minute, she lets you know that there's just 2 more reps, etc., So you'll push yourself to get those last few reps in. I think it's time to save some money on the gym trainer and start picking up the pace w/ Jillian. I'm hoping to be able to do two of the workouts back to back for one incredible workout! That's my goal!!! Give it a try! You will not be sorry!!!DVD Review: Too hard for beginners!

This is definitley a strenuous workout, but even the level 1 beginner routine is too intense for someone not already in shape. I hurt my knee almost immediately and then my back. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with weak joints.DVD Review: Great 20 minute workouts

I have been using this product, and it is amazing. It definitely works. I have not loss the entire 20lbs in 30 days, but I did 10 and for me it is a great stepping stone. I do recommend for anyone starting this workout, to sign-up on Jillian web-site that way you can make sure that besides working out you are eating the porper combinations of food. I love it and I am sure that at the beginning you will hate Jillian, but you will lover her when u see results. DVD Review: OW!!!

This is a killer work out video. You kind of need to train for a few months before you attack this one!! I'm sure anyone who sticks with this regularly will get into great shape!
