I used to watch Jeanette on My Workout powered by Podfitness.com and when the show was canceled, I quit working out like I used to. After some time, I decided I needed to exercise again, as the little bit I was doing on my own wasn't doing any good. I got this dvd and I'm absolutely AMAZED at the difference it's made in only a week! I've only done the first three workouts and can already see a difference. I'm not gonna lie.. it's tough.. but if you at least do some of each exercise to your ability, you definitely get something out of it. Definitely worth the money.. and I would recommend this dvd to anybody wanting to get into shape fast, and have fun while doing it.DVD Review: Great Variety!!

You get a lot for your money with this set!! Jeanette is a great trainer and really knows her stuff! She is also fun to workout with!! You can rotate these workouts and never get bored. I have bought this set several times. I use it almost daily. I continue to buy it to give to my family members. The most recent was for my 13 year old step daughter. I am very happy with this package. You get all her workout collections put into a 2 Disc DVD. The workouts itself varies from moderate intermediate to advanced but I tell you they do work. I was flabby before I started Jeanette Jenkins workouts but after just 2 weeks I've seen visible results, my arms and legs toned and stomach smaller. There are 7 different workouts so I don't get bored. Since these DVD's are a little outdated, so is the music but if you like House or Techno Music, you'll love this pack even more. This is a great collection to add to your home workout DVDs.DVD Review: Great workout!
