DVD Review: Hearst Castle plus 2 other travel documentaries

We bought this DVD to help remember our visits to Hearst Castle when we lived in California. Because to be honest, even with all our pictures and video taken on those visits, you can't get the views of the 'Castle' as good as a really well done documentary like this. At about an hour long it really gives details of some of the artwork and buildings. We were also very pleasantly surprised when we first went to view it and found that the disk also has the same quality documentary/travel log about Ellis Island and Hoover Dam. And we know that the areas shown in the video are not all available on tours any longer. If you've been and want to remember, or might be thinking going, get it through Amazon! They really price gouge at the visitor centers!!!

This DVD is not as advertised. It is a 10 minute video that repeats 6 times to have a so called 60 minute "running" time. I returned it to Amazon because it was clearly misrepresented in their product discription.
