Have you ever bought a workout video and they went so fast you couldn't keep up? This video you can keep up from the very start! The military, drill sergeant persona is laughable, but Harvey Walden using practical and easy-to-follow routines truly gets the job done.
I am probably 80 lbs overweight (shhh... don't tell); this is a great beginner video for me. At first I thought I wasn't going to feel any impact at all because the moves are so basic, but it really does work! You get the same impact or better without the fancy high kicks or pretzel twists required from other videos. He keeps you moving the entire video; you feel the burn in your thighs the next day. I highly recommend this video for beginners who have a lot to lose and have a tough time keeping up.
Unfortunately, I'm not in shape and cannot vouch for the impact it would make should I be.
There's no better time like the present! Keep your resolution alive! You can do it! :)

I just recently got out of the Army and I needed some motivation to get myself to stay in shape, this DVD is all I needed, it gets you sweating and if you stick to it for about four or five days a week, with some running added to your workout, you'll see and feel the results, I highly recommend this workout DVD.DVD Review: Not as good as Harvey's Celebrity Fit Club Workout

I have been working out to the Celebrity Fit Club Boot Camp Workout for 2 years now and love it - but I was looking for a little variety. I love Harvey, but this workout is not as challenging or fun! There is little humor or bantering with the people in the workout. It's good for a change but I would recommend the Celebrity workout for a better workout that is more fun.DVD Review: Great Workout.

When I try a new work out video, I'm looking for something that will make me sweat and get in a good heart pumping workout. This video did just that. Although it didn't have the bells and whistles of other workout videos, it gives a good workout and that's what my concern is. I'm short on time and this video packed a good little punch. I can even shorten it by leaving out any of the segments if I want and its a change from the kick boxing videos that I normally do.
