This was my first workout video I have ever purchased and I love it. Shaun T has charisma, charm, he makes it fun and it's easy to follow. I was apprehensive about my dancing ability, but I am getting better at it. I would recommend it especially for those that want an ab workout, but hate sittups (ME!).DVD Review: Hip Hop Abs video

I really love this video! I have fun working out with Shaun T. He is really funny. I totally laugh while watching him and working out! I have already seen a difference in my stomach and thighs. I have been doing it about a month now and am not embarrassed to wear shirts without a jacket on anymore. I really used to hide my stomach.
I have also started a flame for dancing again! I forgot just how much fun it is to dance around to hip hop when no one is watching! My good friend is doing it too and she has lost 8 pounds in the last 3 weeks.
The only issue I had was with the people I purchased it from. There is one part on the 20 minute burn workout that stops for like 25 seconds. It's weird. I looked for scratched on the DVD but I couldn't see any. It literally stays still for 25 seconds and it throws me off my workout. I have started to do the longer burn workout instead, which could be a good thing too!

WHEN I RECIEVED MY PACKAGE I OPENED IT UP AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT ONE DVD WAS BENT UPWARD ALL THE WAY AROUND IN A BOWL LIKE SHAPE. MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS, THERE IS NO WAY THAT WILL SIT FLAT ON THE DVD PLAYER. I WAS RIGHT! THAT DVD WAS DAMAGED AT SOME POINT AND WOULD NOT SIT FLAT ON THE DVD PLAYER AND THEREFORE COULD NOT BE READ BY THE DVD PLAYER. THE OTHER DVD IN THE SET WAS FINE THOUGH SO I'M NOT SURE HOW ONE WAS DAMAGED AND ONE WASNT. I WAS EXTREMELY DIASAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE AND WOULD NOT BUY FROM THAT SELLER AGAIN!!! I PAID FOR A COMPLETE SET OF DVD'S BUT ONLY RECIEVED ONE THAT WORKED. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!DVD Review: Very Pleased!!!
