I started this video with my 4 month old and it was great. In the 4 months after my son's birth, I hadn't done much exercise at all- regardless, I could complete the workout on the first try. The workout might be "nothing exciting" for people who regularly take aerobics classes, but for me it's exciting enough and I learned some things. It involves the baby the entire video and my son loves it. DVD Review: No other post-natal DVD like it!

A few weeks following the birth of my 2nd child, I was aching to get back into exercise. Since my 2 year-old never really let me have any time for myself, I was able to finish Andrea's workout with time to spare while she napped. I love being able to exercise with my newborn.
