I've just started exercising and I have found Mirabai's Easy Aerobics DVD to be very easy to follow, even for an over-40, overweight, out of shape beginner. I love this exercise routine. I have a hard time making myself exercise, but I love to dance. This is more of a dance routine, and it starts out slow and easy but very quickly gets me moving, and enjoying it! I'm 60, so if you are older and think you can't do aerobics, think again. Just ran through it this morning and I feel great! It really sets me up for the day.
Oh, and you'll love the background location. It's relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I feel like I'm there.

I am quite a bit overweight right now and had ordered some Firm dvd's to start a workout program. I can do the Firm's sculpting dvd's that I purchased but the cardio workouts are just too fast paced and complicated for me at this time. I ordered Easy Aerobics and love it. It is very easy to follow and at my weight I felt is was a good workout......made me break a sweat. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is overweight and just starting a workout routine.

I have become an avid fan of Mirabai Holland. Note: I am 65 years old and have lost quite a bit of muscle strength over the years -- although by 65 year old standards, I'm not in bad shape but find that I have become unable to do the things I love to do and want badly to change that. Mirabai is calm, warm and deliberate and obviously knows her stuff. I like her personality a lot. The pace starts just a bit fast for my ability but within a couple sessions I find that I am caught up. Her strength training video is where I first began and I was amazed at how quickly I felt better/stronger all over! Her approach to exercise for my segment of the population is a true gift. I am so pleased to see such progress and have earmarked several other of her video titles and put them on my wishlist. I figure that the diversity will keep me going.
