DVD Review: Best way to get your body moving, but good luck on getting it to run

I love this exercise routine. I have a hard time making myself exercise, but I love to dance. This is more of a dance routine, and it starts out slow and easy but very quickly gets me moving, and enjoying it! I'm 60, so if you are older and think you can't do aerobics, think again. Just ran through it this morning and I feel great! It really sets me up for the day.
Oh, and you'll love the background location. It's relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I feel like I'm there.
UPDATE: I don't know if they've re-released this DVD yet, but the one I have was released in 2004. It has its own player, WinDVD, which is really flaky and only actually loads and plays about 20% of the time. I love the routine and would do it far more often if I had the time. The trouble is that I rarely have the time once I've tried loading it four or five times and it won't start. The other two DVDs I have by Mirabai Holland will play on whatever player I choose, but not this one. It's quite frustrating. So I've changed my rating of this DVD based solely on the WinDVD player.
