I really found the "EYESercise" DVD helpful in conveying effective vision-strengthening exercises -- all the exercises were clearly described and demonstrated visually with excellent video production quality. And it's a bargain at this price -- better production quality and exercise mix than the "See Clearly" tapes, for a mere fraction of the cost. I would place this DVD at the top of my library of fitness videos -- and this is definitely a "fitness" program you can work with. It comes with both a helpful booklet and personal fitness log book -- both excellent.
