About 3 years ago, I was trying to lose weight. I worked out about 3-4 times a week to the Blast Away excerise program (just the 20 minutes aerobics part) and I lost about 23 pounds over a period of 4 months. Doing the exercise alone will not cause you to lose the weight. I also followed a very strict calorie restriction diet. Well, I have gained back some of that weight so it is time for me to work out to Blast Away again. BTW, this is very good exercise for doing at home.

I bought this for my cardio...and I could not keep up. I was confused on the foot work (and I am a very coordinated person). I put it in once tried it and decided the treadmill was what I would rather do that try to figure out these step kick punch side punch kick slide back back front kick punch..well you get the hint.

I think it was a waste of money. She is not very good at instructing at this pace.

I first bought this DVD after I gave birth. I turned it on and barely made it 5 min! But once I continued doing it I finally caught on, it took about a week. Soon I felt my endurance building up and I could make it longer and longer without stopping. If you engage all you muscles while doing it you will see major results. I did lose the 10 pounds...then 10 more. This was all with the DVD and a healthy eating plan. I suggest this to everyone!
